Outdoor Exercise Class

It can be hard to enjoy working out if you are in pain, injured, or struggling with a chronic illness; or maybe you have never really worked out before and you aren't sure where to start.

 

This class is a three week series designed for all fitness levels with a focus on finding the right level of intensity for your body.  During this class you will learn how to create stability in common weak spots, get outside for some fresh air, and learn information about your body so you can understand it better and have better overall health. 

Cost = $5/class

Time duration = 30-40 min per class

Classes can be taken individually and participation in all three is not required.

Stretching Exercises

Schedule

April 30th at 9:00 am and May 1st at 6:00 pm

Carrie Blake Park - meet at the Sequim Botanical Garden near the the large pond and bathrooms. 

May 7th at 9:00 am and May 8th at 6:00 pm

Dungeness River Nature Center - meet in the main parking lot.

May 14th at 9:00 and May 15th at 6:00 pm

Meeting site TBD.
