Nicole Stevens

I graduated with a doctorate degree in physical therapy from Eastern Washington University in 2007 and earned my bachelor's degree from University of Washington in 2003. My career and life path has led me to specialize in Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reiki. I have taken Visceral Manipulation Courses VM1-6, LT1, VVMU, VVML; Neural Manipulation  NM1-2; Craniosacral Therapy CST1; and Reiki 1-2.

I believe that to truly experience good health, we must start from the inside out. In my own experience, I have found that creating and maintaining health is an ongoing process. A person has to be ready to take the journey and having a qualified health practitioner team to guide them will make it a whole lot easier. I want to encourage you to laugh a lot, go easy on yourself, treat your body as the gift that it is, and discover your inner light.

Jerome Stevens

I was raised in Oxnard, California and moved to Seattle in 2000 to attend college at the University of Washington. The Pacific Northwest quickly became my new home. I have spent most of my career working with at-risk youth and owning my own food truck. It wasn't until 2016 that I found reiki and it immediately changed my life.

My mission is to help people find balance of their energy, so their qi can flow freely. It has personally helped me overcome negative emotions and thoughts that restricted my ability to be my whole self. Since starting reiki, I feel more relaxed and free. I hope to share this experience with others.

Words to think about

"People will do anything; no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own soul. One does not become enlightened by imaginging figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious." - Carl Jung
