Pricing is listed next to each service in the booking section below. I do not take medical insurance, but am accepting MVA 1st party PIP for physical therapy services. Payments are due at time of service and can be paid in the form of cash, Venmo, or check. I am happy to provide a superbill for physical therapy services so you can submit your claim to your insurance company on your own. Gratuity is not accepted.
